PBRack wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason your not happy with your purchase you may ship us back your order and we will credit that amount to you for use on future PBRack products. You are required to pay shipping both ways on any returned items. If for some reason your product is flawed due to our handling or other reasons we will replace your product at no additional charge and ship you out a replacement. All returns are subject to staff decisions, we reserve the right to deny any refunds . We do not offer cash refunds, there is no exceptions on this policy.
All returned items through wholesale are credited to your account immediately. We offer credit refunds on any broken or damaged merchandise, we do not offer cash refunds. PBRack is implementing our new policy this year on returns from our dealers, in order to help keep dealers stock fresh we take back any previous un-sold line items ( from the same year, earlier season) and credit you the difference in new product. Dealers are responsible for return shipping on exchange items.
